The name of the Symbol for the World Convention has been decided.

Thank you very much for sending many ideas for the name of the Symbol.

☆ The First Prize: "Tutty" (Abe family from Tochigi Prefecture)

"Tutty" is a created word based on the musical term "tutti" and it is to mean "Let's all play together".

"Tutty" carries the wish for all the participants at the World Convention to come together as one heart.

☆ The Second Prize: Tatta (Murai family from Tokyo)

This comes from the "Tatta" in Taka Taka Tatta that everyone learns in all courses of the Suzuki Method.

☆ The Third Prize: Do Re Mi Fare and Naon (Odera family from Aichi
Prefecture)

This is a combination of the musical terms Do Re Mi; the Italian word "Fare" (which means creation); and "Naon" (which is a word created from "Na" meaning the number seven). The number seven represents both the 7 colors of the rainbow and the seven tones (from "Do" to "Shi"). It would truly be wonderful if the World Convention was a rainbow bridge of sound that joined the world as one.

The above families will be awarded prizes.

The First Place winner name "Tutty" will appear with the World Convention Symbol various times throughout the World Convention.
