If you registered before September 13, you need to make your payment by October 15 at 6:00PM (Japan Time). If you register after October 5, you will need to make your payment within two weeks from the day that you register.

CLASS CHANGE PERIOD
OCTOBER 22 at 10AM through NOVEMBER 30 at 6:00 PM (JST)
We are going to offer a “Class Change Period” from October 22 at 10:00AM until November 30 at 6:00PM (Japan Standard Time). Those who are registered, will be able to change their class on the website at this time. (Please note that you will not be able to select “Master Class”, since this class is already closed). Class changes will ONLY be granted during this “Class Change Period”. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR CLASS AFTER NOVEMBER 30 at 6:00PM.
NEW VIOLIN CLASS ADDED
We are adding one more violin class, V30 Tchaikovsky, Violin Concerto 3rd mvt., Anyone who would like to register for this class may select it during the “Class Change Period” (October 22, at 10AM to November 30, at 6:00PM).
We are very sorry, but piano students will not be able to change their class even during this “Class Change Period”.
However, during the “Class Change Period” (from October 22 at 10:00 AM until November 30 at 6:00PM) please check to see if you included the piece that you are going to play at the convention in the “Comment” box. If you do not have a specific piece to perform, please explain why. If the space is left blank, we will assume that you do not want to perform. NO PIECE CHANGES WILL BE GRANTED AFTER NOVEMBER 30 at 6:00PM.

Registration is now closed with a total of over 5,400 participants from 34 countries. We are sorry if you were unable to register, but for the safety of our participants we no longer can accept any more applications.

ALL PARTICIPANTS including teachers, students, accompanying family members and observers will need to register through the TERI website
World convention faculty members, however, do not need to register.
Due to the capacity of the venues and security we will only be able to accept a total of 4,000 applications, including applicants from Japan and abroad. However, because of the number of pianos, we will only be able to accept 200 students for the Piano Course.
Even during the application period, we will close the application process when we reach 4000 applicants. Therefore, if you are planning to attend we would suggest that you apply early.
Attention: The registration fee for teachers applies to all teachers including those who are accompanying students.

Bus Transport Charge
Round trip shuttle bus service will be available from your accommodations
(official hotels in the Matsumoto vicinity) to various venues.
Shuttle bus charge, 1000 yen per person (valid for convention period)
Accompanying family also need to pay the bus charge (Preschoolers are free)
《The World Convention bus》
There will be World Convention Buses running from Narita Airport to Matsumoto.
The bus fare will be 10,000 yen.
The buses are scheduled to leave as follows:
March 26: Leave Narita airport at 11:00am and 18:00pm.
March 27: Leave Narita airport at 08:00am.
Special Violin Master Classes
Master classes for violin will be held in the afternoon of March 29 and 30.
Suzuki members and general participants may apply for this class.
Lesson charge 10,000 yen.
You may indicate your preference for the professor.
Conditions for application: Level of the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto or above necessary.
■Registration for Teachers
・The registration fees for teachers applies to all teachers including those who are
・Teachers may not register as observers.
・By registering as a teacher, teachers are permitted to attend the teachers' course
for their instrument on March 27 and 29.
・They also may observe any class and all events that do not require a ticket.
・Teachers will also need to purchase tickets for the Teachers' Banquet and
special events that require tickets, if they wish to attend.
・You will need an instrument for the teachers' class on March 27 and 29 .
Registration will be complete upon confirmation of payment. Please make sure you have made your payment by the deadline.
